In-house welded liner
High-frequency / hot-air seamless welding — no glue joints — for a leak-proof skin that outlasts stitched or bonded tanks.
The biofloc farmer's first tank — a welded PVC-coated tarpaulin fish tank that turns any flat ground into a high-density culture pond in hours: no concrete, no excavation, just a galvanized or PVC-pipe frame and a leak-proof 650–900 GSM PVC liner, ready for tilapia, catfish, shrimp and biofloc systems.

System composition
High-frequency / hot-air seamless welding — no glue joints — for a leak-proof skin that outlasts stitched or bonded tanks.
Choose 650–900 GSM by budget and service life; heavy-duty 900 GSM suits commercial high-intensity use.
Bottom sludge drain, high water column and resistance to fish-waste acids — the standard vessel for biofloc fish farming.
No excavation, no concrete — installs on flat ground, rooftops or rented land, and can be dismantled and relocated.
Costs far less than a concrete or earthen pond, so the tank pays back fast.
Size, shape, GSM grade and fittings made to order — round, square or rectangular.

FAQ
It is a portable, above-ground tank built from a PVC-coated tarpaulin liner, high-frequency or hot-air welded (not glued), stretched over a galvanized steel or PVC-pipe frame.
The liner is available in 650, 700, 750 and 900 GSM grades; a higher GSM gives longer service life, with heavy-duty 900 GSM suited to commercial use.
Round, square and rectangular shapes are offered, with round-tank diameters from 3 m up to 35 m and volumes from ~8–10 m³ up to ~1,440 m³ per unit at a 1.2–1.5 m water depth.
It is affordable, installs in hours with no concrete or excavation, can sit on rooftops or rented land, and can be fitted with a bottom outlet for biofloc sludge removal — the standard vessel for biofloc, RAS nursery and intensive monoculture.
